How this ticketing works
Tours and experiences usually run on a schedule: a walking tour at 10 AM, a kayak rental at 1 PM, a cooking class at 6 PM. TixSimple turns each time slot into a ticket type with its own capacity. Guests book online, pay in advance, and show up with a QR code.
Custom attendee fields let you collect group size, age, skill level, or waiver signatures. The guide or operator scans the QR code at the meeting point, and the dashboard tracks no-shows and capacity in real time.

Yes. Create a private tour ticket type with a higher price and limited quantity per time slot. Guests select the date and time that works for their group.
What if a tour is fully booked?
TixSimple enforces capacity limits automatically. Once a time slot is full, it is no longer available for new bookings.
Can we collect waivers?
Yes. Add a required waiver checkbox or custom field. The data is stored with the order and can be exported for your records.
